Staying fit – with exclusive Tibetan wellbeing tips

When you are not well in your body, it makes it more difficult to build good relationships. Usually people start realizing that something is not right when health problems appear. This section gives our practical, simple tips from a Tibetan doctor about how to deal with the most common health issues in relation to exhaustion and burnout. My experience with oriental/Tibetan medicine

In case you are wondering why I am talking about Tibetan medicine: it is so unknown and so incredible. Here is my story: I discovered oriental medicine 20 years ago in Japan and decided this was what I wanted to do for life. But I also wanted to go to South America. So I found a school in Chile that taught Chinese medicine in collaboration with a Chinese university and an internship in China. However, I got caught up in so many things on the way that I didn’t study well. Also, neither the acupuncture nor the massage, nor the Tai Chi or Qigong were able to help me get rid of my allergies. We were missing an important part of Chinese medicine: diet and medicine. 

Incredible results of Tibetan medicine

Years later, my husband got a chronic issue that seemed impossible to solve. Through my interest in Buddhism, I found out about Tibetan medicine and we decided to try that out. He took pills for some months and all his symptoms were gone. We couldn’t believe it! Years later, we had a huge family tragedy, and all my energy went on my kids, I didn’t want them to be sad for the rest of their lives. Then I broke down, and so I turned to Tibetan medicine. It took a long time, about a year of medication, but each time I felt better and better. Now I feel younger than 10 years ago thanks to these pills!

Not just the medicine

I realized that many things got better thanks to changes in lifestyle and diet, simple things that we don’t know about in the Western world. This is what I want to share with you. A very kind and bright Tibetan doctor has agreed to answer all my questions to make sure I give the right information here, and I am sharing it because I think it might help many people who will be as surprised as I am with the information,  and especially the results. Maybe some things are just not doable for you, but if you really want to get rid of some of your health issues and want to have a better quality of life, I think this can be quite helpful to you.
